Simple Art Journal page with Carol

Hi, everyone. Today I want to share with you a very simple art journal page.

"Beautiful"

Using distress crayons, I colored the background and use wet wipes to blend them in. Applied texture paste over Memory Maze corner stencil at
the top. For the 2 roses, I color in Memory Maze rose stencil with distress crayons and again use wet wipes to blend them.

For background thats colored with distress crayons I find that alot of pens can't be used on them. Probably due to the "oil" in the crayons or something like that. So far only the Posca markers work. For the white pen, I used Signo white pen. It works sometimes and it don't work at times. ha ha... time to go get Posca white marker!!

Using Unity stamp set, I stamped the title and quotes. Love the quotes.
