Sorting Through Your Stash

Hi there! Lizzy with you today - I just ADORE the current challenge that's going on here at OTR this month....so thought I'd do a page based on that:

One of the best things about colour challenges is sorting through that stash & pulling out any bits & bobs that fit...hence all the stickers, words & shapes on this page...

My latest 'fave' product is that Freckled Fawn 'paperclip' arrow...sooo easy to attach & in this case, hiding a smudge! A commonly followed 'maxim' of scrapping that I like to try & do is to 'switch up' my embellies, so I've added those chevrons to the 'right here' die cut as well as drawing around the edges.

And they say that you should normally cluster in groups of 3....like here. Adding one element with dimension tape means they sit nicely together, too:)

Background stamping is a fabulous way of adding 'interest' to plain card stock...I've used the hash tag symbol here as well as with my title....those arrows have been added using a stencil.....

Using word stickers is an easy, fun way of adding your feelings to a page, too. Notice I've gone around the edges with a black pen - I think this adds a nice finishing touch.

I hope this inspires you to join in with our challenge - the link is on the side bar:)
Happy Scrapping ~ Lizzy ♥♥♥
