I have used a 8.5 x 11 inch mixed media cardstock for this layout.
My husband did two seasons in the surf life boats competions representing our local surf club Soldiers Beach, so I did a separate album just for him.
Start buy gluing on your chipboard pieces and I have used some veneers too.
I then used a product called whipped spackle and applied it through a circle template, randomly onto the background.
Step two spray the whole background with the gesso, give a nice even coat. Now the trick is while it is still wet spray on your colours of choice. This gives you the beaded, marbled effect. Set it aside and let it dry.
Finish off with your title and some cute accents.
thanks for looking
