Background Tutorial with Tania

Hi there!

Today here with you today to share a short tutorial on how I added a little Mixed Media to create a background for my Layout!!

First off I chose some background paper and a stencil, I then apply texture paste to the background paper using the stencil, I continued this process until I was happy with it.

Once dry ( I used a heat gun after each step to quicken up the process) I chose a selection of mists and sprayed them randomly over the page, but mainly concentrating around the area that I have stencilled.

 I also added some gold mist to give it that extra pop of shimmer!

 Next up I used another circle style stencil and again randomly applied to the background using texture paste.

Lastly I used one of Kaisers Texture Stamps and randomly stamped the pattern over the page again concentrating on and around the textured areas.

Once I was happy with my background I then finished my page with a photo and lots of gorgeous embellishments :)
