Dream On

Hello everybody!
It is my turn to be with you!
Today I want to show a project I have done. It is a canvas. I love to make canvas's.
This canvas measures 9 1/2" x 7", and I worked with ink pads, modeling paste and micro beads.

I started the canvas by applying a layer of gesso. Allow to dry or use a dryer.

Choose the stamp of your choice, I used a stamp from Finnabair. Stamp on the canvas using the ink pad Stazon.

I use a book underneath  as a support for the canvas when it comes to stamping!

Using a piece of plastic or a craft sheet, stamp onto the plastic with Distress Ink and then apply water with a spray as shown in the photo, leaving bubbles.

Use two different colors. I used the colors of the mood board of the challenge this month.

Now press the canvas into the bubbles, then dry it with the help of the dryer creating an awesome effect.

Next apply modelling paste using your stencil of your choice.

While the paste is still wet, apply the micro beads.

You can play with the micro beads when placing them over the paste. You can mix colors and press them lightly with your hand to secure them into place.

Remove any excess micro beads.

Stick some elements like flowers and metals around the stamp, making an arrangement!

Stamp some words.

Dirtying the canvas edge with your ink pad Distress Ink.

If necessary, touch up your stamped with a permanent marker.

And it's done! I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial!
