Challenge For the Month October

Can someone please tell me that I am dreaming and it's not really October already. Where has this year gone?

Well since it is the beginning of the month I guess you will be all wondering what the new challenge is.  Look below and put your thinking caps on, we will give you some help thanks to our talented Design Team, but then the rest is up to you

Thank you Fiona for creating another wonderful and exciting Mood Palette

I am excited to share my take on this months fabulous mood board.
All the amazing fun bright primary colours inspired my page.
Lots of those colours in the background paint splatter, in the fun cross corner strips
and on the cluster of mini pennants.

Felicity
I love this mood board. It sure makes one happy!
TIP: If the colours seem to bright, just add some white or black, as I did to tone the colours down.

I used most of the colors, plus the circle idea from the picture, and of course this pictures just makes me smile!!

For Catherine's actual day of her birthday (not her party) we went to a indoor play area since August is hot in Texas!!  Cat was looking up at me and I had just read an email from her Grandma begging for a picture of the birthday girl, so I asked Cat to smile and "click" grandma got her photo.

Created a simple art journal page on the go. Creating doesn't have to be restricted to at home. I brought along some supplies (Faber Castell gelatos, wet tissue, 2 scrap patterned papers, 1 small punch, pencil, black pen, white Sharpie pen and glossy accent), out to do while waiting for my kids' piano lessons to end.

"Enjoy The Ride" art journal page

This month we are lucky enough to have a prize
from Graphic 45.

But we are not going to share with you what it is today you will have to keep coming back until we share the surprise.

Happy Creating
